The hotel is in a perfect location in Brugge facing a quiet square yet only 5 minutes walk from the Grand Place. It has a cosy atmosphere and provides a wonderful breakfast served on a lovely porcelain dinner service.

Amazing location. Friendly staff. We arrived during heatwave, the air conditioning and fan in the room were super helpful. Nicola from the reception was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay. Highly recommended. Nothinv. Everything was great.

We loved the quiet location but still very close to the Grand Place. The room was very pretty and quite spacious. The breakfast was tasty. The list of recommendations was very helpful. And the sweet cookies at checkout was a lovely parting gift. We have recommended this place to our parents for their stay. Can't be helped but the elevator was a bit squishy and kinda scary when it stops in between floors because you are too close to the door. Also, our bathroom was a tad small.

The property was charming, quaint, and immaculate. Love the old world charm. We absolutely fell in love with this wonderful little hotel. The manager was more than helpful with sightseeing, tips, dining tips, etc. etc. We weren’t thrilled with the quality of the breakfast. It was not included, so we had to pay extra and we were not pleased with what they served. The manager would not adjust the pricing, saying that we were the only guest who have ever complained about the quality of the breakfast. So rather than argue, I took the high road and paid it just so I could move on with my day rather than arguing with her. The time spent on that amount of money it just wasn’t worth it. I would stay at this hotel again, but I would never order their breakfast. The eggs were in edible.

Lovely staff and a room with everything we needed. The Hotel is in a great quiet spot with an easy walk to everything nearby. The bed was comfortable and had good air conditioning. Bathroom was pretty small.

Excellent central location. Comfortable bed and decent Wi-Fi. Nice to have fridge (albeit pricey miniar) Gurgling noises in room at night. Slightly stingy housekeeping (given we were paying for 3n, the teabags and soap&toiletries could have been topped up). Silly to clutter room with teddy bear, a brazen €25 money-making ploy Single breakfast rate v expensive if all you wanted was coffee and toast Big room but mostly taken up by enormous bed Handy to have automatic cutout with toilet light but nig after 2seconds of stillness (ie as soon as you sit on the toilet and are plunged into internal darkness!) Give it 10secs?!
