The location was perfect for seeing all the sights by foot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. The parking was difficult to locate initially. Our first night was very peaceful the the second night there was awful noise coming from the room above. It went on late into the night when no staff are on site to assist. Next time we would stay somewhere with a 24hr reception.

Brilliant location! Lovely breakfast which we are outside both mornings- lovely way to start the day! The staff were very friendly and the room was a good size No parking available so has to book elsewhere separately and lug out bags from there. The room was up a lot of steep stairs and it was boiling. They did provide two good fans though.

The location is great There was no cold water in the bathroom; and for the coffee and tea: there was only one coffee and 3 decaf; it didn't look well maintained

Right in the heart of the historic center. It was perfect for both of us, our room was very cute and comfortable, it was very warm because of summer and it does not have AC but the fans were very much appreciated!

Lovely comfortable room. Great location in a quiet area, and only a short walk into the centre. Staff very helpful. Only concern was the staircase to our room was very curved and steps were steep and narrow. It is an old building. Maybe this could be pointed out when booking rooms, as some people may find the stairs difficult.

Beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Good location for sightseeing. 2 fans in the room helped combat the intense heat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a lot of character, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as well - everything in the centre was within easy walking distance. There wasn’t really anything we disliked. Maybe the breakfast could have had a little more variety, especially when staying for a full week, but overall it was still good.

We had a lovely 1 night stay in a room which comfortably slept our family of 5. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was great for walking distance to everything in Bruges you might like to see. I loved the quirky decor of the hotel and the amazing staircase. We had a very warm night but this is not the fault of the property. They had provided two good room fans.

The hotel is close to the center. You can walk everywhere in town. The stairs were somewhat narrow in the wing that we stayed in. But it was manageable.
