Beautiful view from Canal View Rooms and old courtyard! Nights cool down. No AC nor fans at 38°C outdoors and South Western exposure!! Too hot to nap in the afternoon. They need to have outside window covers or at least some fans.

It was very well located and clean. It is easy to check in and check out. The rooms at the top floor are very hot and there is no air conditioning. Perhaps the rooms in other levels are cooler.

Excellent location, very clean, staff exceptionally helpful. Canal view room perfect. Would definitely recommend if your on a budget. No parking but multistory 200 yards away 22 euros for 24 hrs. Would definitely stay again, breakfast basic but excellent . Nothing , says it all really.

Great location, friendly staff. Cleanliness wasn't great as all towels were with a dark long hair. Also, the owner has to consider to improve soundproofing.

The property was close proximity to the centre of Bruges and a lovely view of the canal. All four of us have been bitten by bed bugs since staying here. I have contacted the hotel twice but no response. We now have to take all our clothes and suitcases to be specially cleaned so we don’t infest our own house.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location right on the canals. Excellent value for money - small rooms but with a lovely view, comfy beds and very clean. The man at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. It was all good

La location era bellissima a pochi metri dal centro. Il panorama sul canale dalla finestra era top. Il self check in online non è servito perché comunque c'era bisogno di fare vedere il mio documento all'operatore alla reception.

Great location, very close to public transport or walkable to restaurants. Value for money. Staff friendly. Able to leave bags before check in which is helpful. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was very small but usable.
