Location x great for parking x My shower head broke off and also everytime I had a shower it would flood the bathroom. My daughter’s room had ants and they had two young children. I had no offer of compensation.

Beds were comfortable. Room was a decent size. The hotel was quiet and staff were very friendly. It was walkable to the points of interest. The pillows were not comfortable. There was no shower gel or shampoo provided. The walk to the points of interest was a little bit far. The Wifi was not very reliable.

Ideal location, a 7 minute walk from the Belfort and all the restaurants and bars but far enough away that you aren’t kept awake by any noise.

It was a good location We had ants in our room which were rectified with an ant killing pod and refunded the car parking fees. It was also very dusty.

The location is the highlight There was no parking available for us. But we managed to park somewhere else which is very closer to the hotel

the breakfast food and swimming and staff and rooms were clean and comfy and quiet we liked everything except the extras (breakfast and parking added a lot to the price and really stretched our budget

We were able to sit out in courtyard one evening. The barkeeper was very attentive. Some of the staff are exceptionally unfriendly~ during breakfast and the night desk older man...were we a burden to you? A little smile goes a long way. We weren't able to sit in lounge because of a speed dating event?. There was a time when Flanders was better, and it is now gone. A little investment and it could be very good.

The location was in a great spot in Bruges, easy walk to Markt square I thought the breakfast was a little over priced.

Staff and location were excellent. Very clean. Te room was quite small but understandable considering the location. We enjoyed our stay and the staff could not have been nicer. Would recommend.
