Everything was great! Location, design, room size, AC! The only thing that would make the hotel better would be a lift for older patrons. A hard thing to ask in a classic beautiful building.

A beautiful building in a great location, right in the city centre. The staff were really cheerful and extremely helpful, even surprising my friend with a little birthday cake and candle at breakfast - a really thoughtful gesture - thank you. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, which was served in the medieval basement was delicious with lots of choice. The hotel was in an excellent location, a great place for accessing all the local attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to stay at Hotel Malleberg again.

The location of this beautiful hotel is perfect! The hotel itself is so well curated, the rooms are newly renovated and super big and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and there’s home made hummus which is to die for! Everyone is super friendly and you’ll feel right at home! I loved my stay!

Great location and we really liked the vibe of the hotel. We were upstairs, so you do need to be able to walk the stairs and carry your luggage. However we really liked the room and liked the small garden out back. The location was perfect amd the staff helped us find the perfect lunch spot. When we were there, it was very hot. The room did have air conditioning, but as we were up at the top floor, it was a bit hot. This was not the fault of the hotel. It was as a very unusual heat wave. We came to explore the city, so this was not a problem as we did not spend our time in the room during the day.

Hotel Malleberg was STUNNING and conveniently located. It was very personal feeling and quiet, despite being so close to everything. Definitely book the plant-based breakfast in their beautiful mid-evil basement!

Very charming place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and air con was definitely a bonus as we stayed during the heatwave. We arrived very late but there was an easy self-check in. Location was perfect, close to the square, nice pubs and restaurants all nearby. The room was also very quiet, even though the windows were overlooking the road. Our beds were made up every day. Please note the hotel is all vegan. We didn't know this before booking but we did not mind too much. We did not have breakfast at the hotel anyway. Overall , we absolutely loved the hotel and we would come back :) The only thing was that even though I placed a dirty towel on the floor, which would suggest it would get replaced, the housekeeping just folded it up and put it back on the towel rack? Because the towel was damp and the bathroom didn't have good ventilation(no windows), the bathroom just smelled of wet towels. It did not ruin our stay though and other than that no complaints! :)
