I don’t understand how this hotel has 4 stars and such a high rating. The hotel is below average. The room did not match the photos. We were given a dark room with one small window and an inconvenient layout on the attic floor. Instead of one large mattress, there were two single mattresses. There is virtually no soundproofing — you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and there is a very noisy road right outside the window. The bathroom is outdated. The breakfast is very limited and served in a cramped room where you constantly bump into other guests around the buffet area. Rusty water came out of the tap, and there were periods when there was no water at all. I would not consider staying at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

Great value for money, close to city center, comfortable rooms for group of 3 Was not a fan of the big pillow, option for smaller pillow would be nice

Very clean hotel. Great air con ( during very hot weather). Breakfast was very good. Good that you could purchase secure parking. Very quiet- a little further out of the centre of city but still walking distance. The bar did not appear to be used by customers.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. I made the mistake of booking it simply because it was advertised as a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standard I expected from a 4-star property The bathroom was full of black mould on the tiles and some on the ceiling, and the sink was clogged. Unfortunately, my video is too long to upload as evidence of the clogged sink. I was also disappointed with the breakfast, as there were no vegetarian options.
