Fantastic location, very quiet and only a short walk to the centre, extremely friendly host, very clean, comfortable rooms and a good size, amazing breakfast to start the day. Plug in one of the sinks got stuck but it was dealt with immediately and host was very apologetic.

Bem localizado, cerca de 10-15 minutos caminhando do centro e muito calmo, limpo e Irina é super simpática. O café da manhã é excelente, embora com horário muito restrito, entre 8:30 e 9:30. A TV parou de funcionar e o chuveiro não estava quente em um dia. Embora a proprietária seja extremamente simpática, em alguns momentos a comunicação pode falhar. Fique preparado para ter que tirar os sapatos logo na entrada e atente-se para o que está incluso na reserva do Booking para não ter que pagar duas vezes pelo mesmo serviço no momento do check-in.

Slightly out of the centre so nice and quiet, roughly a 20 minute walk to the middle of Bruges, but within the canal circumference. Clean, large rooms but very warm at night. A few mosquitoes around too, worth getting a spray (this was May). Bedrooms were too warm, even with windows open and heating turned down.

The host was wonderful, best breakfast ever, let us use her back yard , just was a great place to stay. Be prepared to climb stairs and take your shoes of at the entrance. But she supplied slippers .

The host was very friendly and we had a good sized room. The property was quite a walk from the town centre, did not include all the facilities that were advertised (eg there was no bath) and there was mould in all of the grout between tiles in the shower and outside the shower. There were no tea making facilities in the room and we weren’t allowed to bring a cup of tea to the room.
