Hotel Service Manager Ramon makes the difference, he takes time to ensure hotel guest feel happy and looked after despite minor service mishaps. Truly applaudable ! Varying service quality levels of staff at restaurant, inconsistent meal qualities, meal buffet variety pretty limited

This was the best stay of our entire honeymoon. The hotel was beautifully designed and curated. The pool was maintained at the perfect temperature, and it felt super luxurious. We had massages that were fabulous and they had very nice spa facilities. They even had a rock climbing wall which we took advantage of! They had really cool e-bikes which we used to explore the town and nearby areas. Christian, the experience manager, was very nice and very helpful setting everything up. He even had me download an app that is very popular for hiked/trails. The restaurant was top notch, the food unbelievable. It felt like the entire hotel staff knew who we were and that we were there on our honeymoon as they all congratulate us. Nothing.

The property is situated in a quiet area with beautiful green spaces and spectacular mountain views. The interior decor was beautiful with multiple places to sit, relax and reflect. The swimming pools were heated and had ample sitting space. The food was outstanding with a superb variety to meet any dietary desires. The servers were both professional and attentive. The room was well designed with comfortable beds and a great layout. We enjoyed our balcony with an early morning coffee. Also, the concierge experience team were excellent with suggesting local hiking trails that were truly memorable. We had a fantastic stay and will return! Nothing.

Facilities are awesome, great spa area and big warm pools, restaurant and overall service is great. Rooms are nicely designed and well-built. Was very hot in the room and no air conditioning available (at least in March). You could open windows though to let cold air in, but as our room was facing road there were occasionally cars passing by and we didn’t want to keep it open all night due to that

Stayed at Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz and honestly, it was perfect. The staff were amazing-super friendly and always went out of their way to help without ever feeling over the top. The pizza-making class was such a fun touch-really hands-on and relaxed, and the pizza turned out great too. The facilities are next level, especially the spa. Everything felt really high quality but still comfortable and welcoming. The food throughout the stay was genuinely fantastic. You can tell they care about what they serve-every meal was a hit. Would go back in a heartbeat. One of those rare places that gets everything right. Nothing!
