We had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bike room was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There was L ots of choice. We would go back. We had massages which we enjoyed very much. The wellness centre is lovely and very peaceful. Everything was excellent. No complaints.

The staff member at front reception was very friendly and pleasant to communicate with. The room smelled as well, the spa facilities were unkept with trash everywhere.

Good location with parking, nice well equipped rooms, suite comfortable enough for 3 people. Sauna very well maintained, spacious relax area for Apres Ski rest. Didn’t use the train to Kronplatz lifts as car route takes 7 minutes and you park next to lifts for 8 Eur per day. The town and Christmas market are super nice. Nothing really.

Old facility Bed is not even good level. you will feel pain in your back after sleeping . They need to change those beds Breakfast was not even good. They need to enhance it and provide more options

Hotel room good size for 3 On a train line, so noisy. No hot water in morning for shower and shower flooded.

We loved the ambience, the staff and having a restaurant in the hotel! The pillows were so flat and hard but I understand that’s a euro thing. The decor was very nice.
