When i arrived the bathroom floor had water all over shower was broken they then put me in another room this room was not cleaned it had cake on the tv, shower had hair in it, and bathroom door wouldn't shut

Maintenance and cleanness need to be better.

There was a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain rod. Pool smelled horrible. My daughter also had a room that that had a dirty wash cloth swim suit in the closet.

This hotel is overdue for a remodel. The rooms smelled like mildew. The bathroom fixtures were loose. There was black mildew/mold in the bathroom sink and around the shower drain. Bathroom vanity and tub were old and worn. TV was not good quality. Few channel selection. Everything was very worn and run down.

The WiFi probably needs a stronger router I was constantly losing signal and being bumped off

The hotel was clean and breakfast was ok. The king size bed felt like a brick and why would you put plastic under the sheets, that .makes you sweat in the south Ga heat even with the ac.

We really enjoyed the room. Was very nice, clean and cool. The indoor pool was a hit along with the hot tub. I only wish that they cleaned the breakfast area more frequently during breakfast times. It got really messy really quick.

Location The linens were pretty well used- frayed and worn out. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the items on the wall- body wash, shampoo, and conditioner- were all empty.

I would not stay there again. The. Room was nice and the beds were very comfortable but there was left over food in the fridge and the freezer had. Inches of ice. The pool and hot tub smelled bad

THE BREAKFAST WAS HOT AND GOOD THERE WERE CIGARETTE BURNS (NONSMOKNG ROOM) IN THE WHOLE CURTAIN OVERLOOKING THE MAIN WINDOW IN THE ROOM. THERE WERE FIXURES COMING OUT OF THE WALL TUMS WERE FOUND UNDER THE DRESSER LEFT OVER FOOD ITEMS IN DRAWERS THE POOL WAS OUR MAIN PASS TIME IT WAS UNABLE TO BE USED DUE TO COMPLETED FILTHYNESS OF THE WATER NO CLEANS CHLORINE SMELL DIRTY POOL AREA COULD NOT EVEN USE THE POOL FELT LIKE HANTA VIRUS WOULD BE UPON US IMMEDIATELY! ONE DIP OF THE TOE INTO THAT WATER COULD HAVE CAUSE CATASTROPIC DAMAGE / I DID PLACE MY HAND IN THE WATER TO CHECK TEMP IT HAS BEEN ITCHING EVER SINCE

The desk clerk was informative and helpful. He was welcoming as well. It wasn't anything I didn't like. The location is perfect. It's close to the interstate, shopping areas and restaurants.

Estaba fórmula la habitación del desayuno continental, muy bien. Lo único que le faltó un poco más de limpieza al baño, lo que me gustó también fue la piscina cubierta y el jacuzzi si se los recomiendo

I was able to use the indoor pool night and morning with my toddler daughter. The heated SPA was really nice.

The room was okay, on the small side but the beds were comfortable. It was humid/damp in the room. The breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal. For the price, it was a good value.
