Property its self is starting to feel run down. Elevators broken, corridors don’t have the nicest of odors and no air flow, so in the summer they are boiling. Front desk lady was nice but on her own.

Great location, safe and well lit parking lot. Great beds and linens, good a/c and clean quiet rooms. Left before breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

Wasn’t many breakfast options that were kids friendly

So the lady was nice at check-in, but did not offer me my status upgrades (drink, points, etc). The elevator was broken. The room was clean but had a musty/mold smell that lingered on everything we had in the room, even once we were home.

This is a fairly new hotel, but just average. Breakfast average, front desk clerk smoking a cigarette when we walked in to check-in and smoked her entire cigarette while my wife stood there waiting at check-in and while I unloaded the car. No AC in the hallways on the 4th floor on a 97 degree day but room was fine; stairwells dirty, no coffee in lobby at 8:50am because the one person working the breakfast area was too busy apparently to refill. Lackadaisical all-around. Hiring the right people makes a difference.

Our stay at the holiday inn was good. The receptionist was great, I had made a mistake in booking two rooms with only one kingsize bed instead of two queen and she was very kind and helpful in resolving the issue. Thanks

elevators not working, no ac in staircases or hallways, ongoing construction and repairs, ice machine not working, loud ac fan and compressor, red lights on every switch that illuminate room, blinking light on smoke detector placed over bed, mirrors

The room reeked of smoke. We were supposed to stay two nights but left early because the smell was so bad and they had no other rooms. We were traveling with our 9 month old. They said there was nothing they could do. The smell was so bad when we unpacked our things later everything had the smell of smoke in it. Definitely will not be staying here again. I don’t know how the cleaning service went in and thought it was possible with the smell so bad it clung to our items

Cinnamon buns disappear too fast at breakfast and several mornings were 2 kinds of sausage but no bacon
