They forcefully took my cash deposit ( even aftwr not refunding 2 nights that I didn't end up staying ) for stating that I put some marks on the hand towel and half a palm mark on the bed. That's why they even kept my cash deposit.

Nothing ROOM TOOK OUR BREATHE AWAY WITH THE SMELL OF MOLD AND MILDEW...AND DIDN'T OFFER A REFUND,, BUT ANOTHER ROOM .BRYAN HEALTH DEPT NEEDS TO CHECK INTO THIS ASAP. WHO WANTS TO PAY TO DIE !!!!!
