Bryant Inn & Suites

This was our second day at this hotel in Bryant. Had some upstairs neighbors that were extremely noisy running jumping pounding. I don’t know what they were doing.. I called the front desk and after about 30 minutes it got settled down. Had a great second night after quiet down as far asleep goes icemaker was out that was inconvenient but they were working on it. It didn’t get fixed before we left, cost me an extra $6.45 cause I had to buy me a bag of ice.

We stayed here because of the great reviews. I have no idea what others are thinking but I would not stay here again.

We were just passing through on a long road trip. Got in around midnight. Staff was super helpful and quick getting checked in. Room was clean, shower had good pressure, and no issues with hot water. Breakfast was pretty basic. Waffles, cereal, and muffins, and pretty light coffee. Pool was covered and non operational. Ice maker was also non functional. Good place to crash, but wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

Comfortable and clean.

Staff were nice, but the pool is out of order, ice machine broken, and the soda machine was broken. Breakfast was 3 types of cold cereal, a muffin or a waffle, but they were out of waffle mix. The air was off when we arrived to our room and it was HOT and smelled like wet dog. It took a couple hours to cool down and then the smell went away. The beds were hard and mine made loud squeaks every time I moved. It was clean, but I will not stay there again.

Clean room, good facilities. Good gym

Many eating places within walking distance(if you wanted to). Bass Pro World and “The Outlets” about 10mins away. There were no issues with the staff, parking lot, or other guests during our stay. I recommend the ribs from Whole Hog Cafe, Ramen and Sushi from Nori and stopping at the Goodwill(scored some great high end clothing items while there)

It was just OK! It wasn’t bad but not great! I guess for the money it was good. There were no major complaints, other than bed being very hard and AC not extremely cold until the middle of the night. It was fair clean and had coffee in rooms. The breakfast was Toasted Oats and Mike. That’s all!

Clean room. However, the TV remote was not working.

This was a wonderful hotel! We stayed here with our family after leaving a horrible hotel in Jonesboro. It was clean, safe, and we had a wonderful time.

Excelente servicio

Room was very clean, but had a smell that I couldn’t identify. After running AC, it cleared up. Man at desk was very nice.

Good value for the money, when I am in that area again I will book there again. This last stay was my third in a couple of months

Always easy, safe and clean!

We have stayed here numerous times, as we travel between tx and tn frequently. Check in/out is quick and easy. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with awesome blackout shades. The price is right, with many restaurants within walking distance. It’s also easy on/off I-30. Highly recommended.

Place looks recently remodeled and very clean and comfortable to lay your head for the night.

My experience was alright. Somewhat decent for a budget hotel. Room was very spacious, bed sheets were clean. I did a test on the surfaces by wiping them with a towel and alcohol and was completely spotless. Cannot say the same for the floor though, as it seems like they don’t mop it regularly. Picked up a lot of dirt when wiping a towel across the floor. The A/C unit was a little janky, as it wouldn’t maintain the set temperature and the room had a stale smell to it. Also there is a door that separates the room and the next door that is not very soundproof. I could clearly hear my neighbors whispering and watching family guy. Lastly, the TV wasn’t functional. Other than that, it’s alright. Has a gym and washer and dryer. Staff was also kind as well.

The room was very clean. The only negative is the ice machine was not working.
