I always stay at IHG hotels. I really loved this stay as it turned out more for pleasure than business. Thank you Rebecca accommodated my requests.

Loved being able to eat breakfast with our dog - the eating area was large and separated from food area. I am also glad they included conditioner among the bathroom toiletries. Pet cost. $75 a night is excessive, especially since I couldn’t even find a dedicated area for pets. We would like to return but probably won’t because of the high cost for our 10 pound poodle.

The room was clean but housekeeping didn’t come Pick up our towels the entire stay. We called from desk for extra toilet paper and my son had to run down and get it because it wasn’t brought up to us. When we needed more towels we had to get them from the front desk.

Good hotel with friendly helpful workers. A little close to freeway so try to get a room away from freeway or use earplugs if that would bother you.

I didn't have much interaction with the staff. I didn't need too. The only issue was the pool was down a d that was the primary reason to stay there. They offered a pool at their other location but I couldn't physically walk that far. I would have expected a discount for the inconvenience but they did not. Everything else was fine.

Only ding against this property is the noise from I-10 traffic which is constant.
