Hampton Inn & Suites Buena Park

The room was very basic. I spilled something on the bathroom floor and wiped it up with one of the bath towels and the floors could use a good cleaning. Nothing special, was surprised when I returned in the evening that my room was not made up. I guess times have changed and you have to request that. I thought it was just fresh towels that had to be requested.

Check in was fast and easy. Place was very clean and staff were friendly.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, las instalaciones están en perfectas condiciones y lo mejor de todo es el personal, todos son muy amables, atentos y siempre con buena disposición. El desayuno variado y de buena calidad. Definitivamente lo vuelvo a elegir.

None. Receptionist was very rude. Very unprofessional and does not know customer service. Not coming back and very disappointed.

Beds are super comfortable and breakfast was good

However, be prepared for the noise and not just the kid noise which is to be expected based on the location, but the simple fact you can hear your neighbors running their sink, taking a bath or shower, their tv at reg volume, and if you’re on anything but the fourth floor, you’re gonna hear people above you walking in their room. The soundproofing is just terrible, the walls must be very thin.

Stayed for one night after a long day at soak city and medieval times. We were very close to a lot of the attractions, about 10min away. Definitely would stay again

Room

My only issue was the washer and dryer weren’t labeled and I accidentally put stuff in washer and it locks for the whole cycle. Which delayed departure.

Exceptional

The OOOOonnnnnly BIG thing was a down fall was the location of our room. We were given 1st floor. We were woken when breakfast was getting set up because mind you our room was right nxt to the breakfast are and we can hear everything and the housekeeping passing and talking loudly. And there is a public bathroom just right outside our room to the right. And hear people going into there. Not too sure if it was just because we were given the last room and we showed up late. Or if there was alot of in house guest staying which didnt look like it but i might be wrong. But overall hotel, stay and staff and amenities were great. We thank you so very much!
