I loved everything about this hotel clean and friendly staff the only drawback was there was no continental bkfst i mean if your going to spend $270 you should get bkfst just my opinion but overall great place to stay

Convenient location with coffee/fast food nearby. Room was quiet & clean. Only negative was the electrical outlets above nightstands were too loose to hold plugs for bedside devices. Restaurant onsite, but no complimentary breakfast. Parking readily available.

Appreciate the 24/7 airport shuttle!! Especially when I’ve never been to Buffalo & after 10 hours of delays landed at 2 am instead of 5 pm the night before!!

Staff was amazing so welcoming and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Only two downsides, the first was the hot tub, if you turned on the jets a high pitch noise would sound, the second was the tiolet in our room made noise all night

OMG! I always book my hotel in Courtyard or any Marriott hotel, but this hotel is excellent! The GM is super nice along with her staff. We met this operational person and he was super duper nice. We also had a complimentary bottled water for each of us too. 💯 for this hotel.

The room was clean. The front desk and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful! The hot tub and pool were very relaxing and the hotel was quiet at night, even given the proximity to the airport, you can’t even tell.

The choices for food and drinks are amazing and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. They are friendly and personable This is a nice hotel with class but also a home town feel.
