Very nice comfortable and clean hotel to stay. It is situated right in the plaza, walk out you have all shops and food. Walkable to all the historic places. It felt like we were living on the silk road. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. I dont see any negatives. One ting I like to mention, which is really not a negative of the hotel itself. Since it is situated in the plaza, the taxi will not take you to the door, it drops off at the plaza entrance. Based on the which entrance (there are two I believe), you will have to drag your luggage to the hotel. that was little painful as it was hot too that day.

The location is perfect, the room had the biggest bed I have ever seen, the breakfast was one if the best had in uzbekistan. There’s also a really nice terrace.

Exceptional

One of the best hotels ever! The hotel is located in what looks like an old caravanserai, although it’s either beautifully refurbished or newly built in traditional style. Either way, it’s fabulous. It is located in a very central pedestrian street, but easily accessible, as the street is in excellent condition and it is easy to carry your wheeled baggage from either end of the street. You can walk to almost all sights in town. The decor is beautiful, both outside and inside. The staff is very polite and helpful. We had a triple room. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is gorgeous and very clean. The room had all the amenities expected. The breakfast room is in the basement and has a good selection of dishes, including fruit like fresh figs. There is also some gluten free options. The day we left, there was a Middle Eastern and Russian delegation visiting the town (they even came to our hotel), lots of non uniformed police/security and roads were blocked off, so they organised our transfer to the airport, and even helped us with our several suitcases up to the point where the cars were allowed. Absolutely five stars, with a staff to match! Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Location is very central in the old town and is also meaningful to organize our trip by walking. We asked them extra 2 hours for check-out and it is accepted by staff very easily.

Great location! You can walk to most of the local attractions from here. Staff and hospitality was good. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good value for money.

The rooms are large, our room faced the square. Beds are very comfortable, and the whole room is clean. The location is right in the middle of the old town, near cafes and restaurants. Easy walking distance for most of the monuments. Don't believe the tour guides....yandex works well!! Nothing, beautiful hotel. Helpful staff.

Shahristan is perfectly located right in the heart of the old city. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was excellent. Nothing!

Amazing location and very clean. Good service and large breakfast The doors all have a 3cm gap at the bottom, so you get the noise coming through
