Beautiful Hotel, clean and nice. Atmosphere is really amazing. Adorable architecture, traditional and Bukharian style Air conditioning is loud, guests (Chinese) guests were loud, till midnight and no one bothered to calm them down. Rooms are not sound proof, which makes restful night impossible.

This hotel beautifully combines a traditional exterior with modern, comfortable, and well-designed rooms. It is exceptionally clean and offers a unique sense of tranquility. The breakfast is outstanding, both in variety and quality. Most importantly, the staff are extremely polite and attentive, always welcoming guests with a smile and doing their best to accommodate every request.

A great location helpful staff and cleaning.. A big family staying there woke me up at 06:00 in the morning with excessive noise. No one thought to warn them. It's not hard to say hey please be a little quiet.

The hotel stands out from others in Bukhara with its more modern interior design. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel felt like a little eastern castle because of its architecture. The bathroom lacked shelves for amenities, but the sink was quite convenient for setting everything. The breakfast was very tasty. Note that it’s not served as a buffet but is served at the table, and you have to ask the staff for drinks. There was an issue with hot water due to some damage in the system, but it was quickly fixed during the day.

Great location, 15 mints walk to touristic place, so it’s not so crowded but easily spot. Cleanliness is top notch, Six stars for the staff, they are very attentive and helpful, special thanks to Khabibullah and to the others too

Well maintained property. Cozy small place in traditional interior/theme. Good clean rooms and friendly staff. Please note that there is no lift, so if you have heavy luggage it might be a hassle to take the bags to the top floors. The hotel reception itself is above a flight of steps.
