Decent location - walking distance to the main sights. Breakfast was buffet style but messy. Options wasn’t topped up, choices were minimal and water wasn’t readily available. Our room was not clean at all but the kind receptionist arranged for a new room and helped us move immediately.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dera hotel and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep every night of my stay.

The staff were very helpful, they helped us organize a tranfer to Samarkand for a good price.

There was no water for dirinking in the room, and i asked for water to reception but they said they closed the cabinet.
