The location is superb, very close to a ski slope, yet secluded enough so you don't get bothered by crowds of tourists. Krzysztof, the owner, handles everything himself with extreme care, and he's easily the most welcoming, passionate, and friendly host I've had at booking.com. The whole house leaves an impression of a perfect middle ground between a fancy hotel and a private guesthouse that your buddy let you in for a weekend. Take your slippers with you, the floors are cold in winter.

We were family with 6 people and apartment with private kitchen was perfect choice for our group. Hosts very friendly and open - i can understand why guests chose to return to this place again and again. Breakfast changes a bit every morning - which is nice. And there is just everything! Hosts have a bus - i recomend to use their offer to hire bus and go around. Price is friendly.

The view, calm place, no noise from the street or at night. Breakfast was super. Many atractions for kids - table tennis, billiard etc. The owner was very friendly and helped us with recomendations. Too big pillows, but its just our oppinion.

Very nice and quiet place

Delicious and very rich breakfasts with plenty of home-made stuff! Great view of Tatra mountains! Also, the location is very nostalgic - close to forest, yet in walking distance from some good local restaurants.

Family-like atmosphere. Very pleasant owners, always trying to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will 100% return to this place again. Everything was perfect.

We liked the dining room and the kitchen, big and very well equipped with everything you need to prepare your breakfast or lunch. Big plus for the cleanliness in the hotel. Well, we booked the room especially for sauna and billiard. Unfortunately, sauna was out of order (maybe because there were only two couples in the whole hotel..). We were very disappointed. Billiard, well, there was no black ball, cues were almost unusuable, another disappointment. We left after two nights ( we paid for three) as there was nothing to do there. Maybe in winter is different but in autumn, with rain...

Breakfast was really good, selection for breakfast was very wide and there were also different slightly dishes available each day, and staff was very friendly and helpful. It was really a pleasure. There is also game room with table tennis, billiard and other games. Its nice option for the family evening Our room was at the ground floor, so every morning we could hear preparation work in the kitchen, starting from 6 am. We didnt mind, as breakfast was delicious, but it might bother other guests, so maybe considering putting a separated door in dining area would help. Our friends staying on 2nd and 3rd flour didnt hear any noise.

Stayed there for 2nd time and again enjoyed it very much. Perfect location, on top of the hill, not that crowded as other places and with a lot of snow in the winter. If you are lucky with the weather, you will be enjoying the beautiful mountain view. Great sauna and outdoor facilities.
