Room was not as pictured on the web. It was very small and somewhat unclean. After seeing the room, we immediately went downstairs and complained to the manager and asked for a refund, but was told us we were out of luck. He said we could leave if we wanted, but no refund or rate reduction would be granted. We were also told it was 3/4 of a mile from Zell but actually it was about 8 miles. In short, not a pleasant experience at all. We sleep in our clothes that night and left first thing the next morning. I would not recommend Hotel zur Post in Burg.

Good cuisine, good breakfast. Nice dining room. Secure garage for bicycles. Carpet in first room (7) did not appeared freshly vacuumed. We understand that there is a shortage of staff.

Very friendly welcome by the owners who treated us to a visit to their wine cellars and entertained with some excellent Flamenco guitar playing. would have loved some aircon as it was very hot during our stay.

Nothing Small room, very small bathroom, old fashioned. Way too expensive. I paid 130€, should have been 70€, no more
