I was surprised about the $100 amenities fee. Most I have ever paid was $50. Th we e is a hold on my card for more than 72 hours. All in all, very good stay.

You booked me at the wrong motel and I couldn’t get a hold of nobody. I’ll talk to a robot and can understand what the hell is going on. I had to run another motel room in the right town so I had to pay for two motel rooms. I still ain’t able to get a hold of nobody. I wanna talk to his machines now.

Front desk Priscilla was unnecessarily rude to my husband. We needed some towels, and she kept asking why and said we needed dirty ones to get ones, the hoodie keepers came into the room and cleared trash and dirty towels and someone else came by later but my son was napping so I told her we didn’t need the cleaning but was unaware she would’ve replaced the towels the other lady had taken at the time. We noticed when we showered later in the evening. Other front desk heavy set Blonde with hair pulled back tight acted weird when I told her some pool water was in the elevator. Other front desk people were present but all kind of awkward, need more people skills.

The room did have a funky smell when we walked in. We stayed in room 211. Suggestion add more outlets on the sides of the bed or on the lamps. Our stay was good. Thanks!

I prefer outdoor pools. But I was not there long enough to go to the pool. On two occasions, there was a man (two different ones) sitting in the lobby, who looked almost homeless. I was traveling alone & was watchful that neither got on the elevator when I did.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice

They charged us an early check in fee. We were early but I’ve never been charged an early check in fee before. The pool is very small. The gym smelled funny. But it was fine, a perfect place to crash for a night.
