Super 8 by Wyndham Burlington

Our room has stains on the walls and on the roof the tub is old and yellow. The floors have cracks on the tile and they move when you walk around. around the A/C you can see light from the outside. It’s not sealed right, as well and our DIRECTV is not work for the past three weeks that we’ve been here. And they don’t wanna make arrangements with me to come clean the room because I sleep during the day because I work at night poor management in the property outside. Looks like trash Chairs all over the place old stuff trash grass is tall.

The AC was working but unfortunately we were not told how to use it and the room kept getting hot and cold hot and cold but finally they did come up and fix it for us the staff I have definitely seen better when we checked in he acted like he was doing us a favor and it would be nice to be able to understand the people that either work or own the hotel we definitely would not stay there again it was very poorly run and I made this reservation about 3 weeks in advance if not longer and unfortunately when we check in he said because of her so busy we have to put you up on the third floor which has no elevator in the hotel so for older people in their eighties I thought that was very careless

They did have continental breakfast but the only thing that was warm was the waffles you made yourself there was no meat products or egg products at all.

Outside of building is in disarray.

It was across the street from fun city, where I was going. The room was dirty, smelled like mildew floors were dirty , roaches came out at night the sheets smelled like urine

Old, broken down, broken window in room. Sink handle fell off when I turned on the water.

Everything was as it should be. Only differnce than any other hotel is there is not an alarm clock in the room to set or see what time it is..

Location near restaurants and the casino Most of the breakfast items were gone by 8:30 am. Could have been stocked better for those that aren't early risers.

Location and motel honestly looked fine Once I was going to pay w debit card for one night, i.was informed it was $100 cash deposit. I.didnt not stsy.and would not recommend anyone to.go.there

There was black mold in the ac unit, not much variety outside of waffles for breakfast, lots of people smoking marijuana in the hotel, strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. Not a good environment and will not be recommending to others and will not be returning. Would like a refund.

I wound up not staying here. I did have a reservation, however, while waiting in the dark dingy lobby for the front desk person to get back from break, I noticed several people whom appeared to live there, hanging out outside smoking with several dogs. I am allergic to dogs and couldn't stay.

The beds were comfortable.

The floors were dirty, there rust in the bathroom, mirrors where dirty... Would never stay at this place again.

Staff was pleasant, but the place is dated, and worn. Maybe it had been a long while since, but our room had been smoked in at some point. Other "spice" smells filled our end of the floor,. The air conditioner sounded like a B-17.
