My arrival was severely delayed due to car trouble by the time i arrived the night auditor had already canceled my reservation and I had to sleep outside in my car. AND they still charged my card!!! 😡

We had a very pleasant stay. We were tired from a long drive so we didn’t get to take advantage of the free breakfast or the pool, fitness center, etc. Room was clean. We had two queen beds and a pull out saga. The sofa was in a separate living room. The room had a microwave and small dorm sized fridge. Good nearby breakfast places are biscuitville and Waffle House ( if you wake up late like me).

Amazing experience for me and my pups! Clean, friendly staff, and we loved the free breakfast, drinks, and dinner! The indoor/outdoor pool was really nice for the season and I also enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. Best hotel in Burlington, hands down!

Even though it was just for a day for shopping, my son and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were a ray of sunshine. The facility was extremely clean, the beds were super soft and the location was perfect. Will be sure to book again when we come back for our next trip.

We stayed here when we were touring universities for my daughter. It was a perfect location to visit Elon university, UNC Chapel Hill and Wake forest university. Also, near Durham.

The staff was very friendly as a whole. However, the person that checked us in was rude and appeared to have an attitude. We arrived later than we anticipated but we spoke to two other people to let them know we were getting closer. They all agreed that we were ok, but the third person we talked to at the desk was not cordial in my opinion. She did waive the late arrival fee but I wasn’t pleased with her attitude.
