The staff were extremely kind and helpful in dealing with the issue of a very unsuitable room Room 123 is not suitable as a room. The outdoor restaurant is right outside the window. There were people right outside the window. It was very noisy. Thankfully, a kind staff person was able to trade a room for me, otherwise I would have left.

The location is convenient to access downtown Burlington. Our air conditioner didn’t work in the room and they weren’t able to fix it. The hotel was not able to offer us another room and did not do much to compensate us for the inconvenience.

The service was fabulous and the breakfast was delicious. The room could use some updates as some of the carpet was coming off the wall around the boarder of the room and the carpet seemed dirty and worn.
