The hotel was clean No air conditioning in the room and there was a hair in my food, when I told the staff they said it was part of the food equipment. It was definitely a hair

Staff was nice, and ample parking. Breakfast was very bad and just handed to you. You had no choice. No disabled rooms, shower chairs, disabled parking spots, no rails in bathroom or shower. Even though they say they have disabled facilities

The apartment and the lobby and common areas were spacious, clean and modern. Free parking was available adjacent to the hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. The apartment was not equipped with any crockery, cutlery, tea towel, or other kitchen equipment. Wi-fi seemed to be restricted to one device per person.

Clean big room. Nice friendly reception stuff. Great comfortable bed. Laundary and oven available in the room very helpful. Balacony great view refreshing air. Poor breakfast with non friendly old man. No ironing you must ask for it. No room safe guard for belongings. Far location from attractions must have a car l. Late check out till 4 pm with money normally at 1 pm

The room, The staff at reception, The wifi. The hotel is far from the Bursa old souk, and tourist places, The breakfast was not buffet. The person who gave us breakfast dish was serious and not smiling.

Modern and clean hotel . The room was adequate size and had a mini kitchen with a washing machine. The breakfast was the cheapest I have encountered in all my years of travel. I honestly cannot think of an occasion whereby the hotel has been so stingy with the choice of breakfast. I booked it as it had a 9.2 rating. At best I would give it 5. The hotel lacked any charm. The old man serving breakfast seemed overly concerned at giving out more than the fixed amount of cold breakfast than required. I felt it was overpriced and poor value for money.
