good breakfast I think the bed sheets weren't changed after previous guests. But they just straightened it out. There was one small blanket for a large bed. It was placed in the center of the bed. I had to call the reception for a long time and then we waited a long time for it to be brought. for a whole hour there was no water, we waited a long time to take a shower. I do not recommend.

The suites are in the busy and lively area where everything needed can be found. However, the location is not close to the Bursa city center but there are many options to quickly get there. For business purposes - Trio is perfect. -

the evening employee was bad , his name is Kadeer, and despite knowing that we are one of the guests, he made us wait fir about half an hour to renew the entry card. he kept himself busy with other guests. As for the room, it was good, but the toilet’ flush was not work and dirty.

just Starbuck and some restaurant in down… its to far from Main Bursa city…taxi rent more expensive than if we took hotel in city centre

Location was the best. You must have a car to make the most of the location though. Rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. swimming pool and gym was very nice. Beds could have been more comfortable and breakfast could be better. Although the noise from outside was very well managed despite the lively night life until the early hours of the morning, we could hear the tv from the adjacent room. Not sure how loud it was in their room but it was loud enough to keep us awake!

Location is good and staff is very friendly. Lots of restaurant and market close by. If only cleaning is done better. As said earlier Moldy bathrooms and fixtures.

An amazing stay at trio hotel. Swimming pool, gym Access. Breakfast is delicious. Kahvaltı! And the parking lot is free of charge.

the price for one night was good, the staff were nice, the location is really a live spot for younger people, however for a family was a little bit awkward, in the other hand there are many good things such as Migros which is a big shopping grocery I could not find the hotel using the directions provided in the booking
