For one night sleep was perfect ? and everyone was nice and very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality ?

Breakfast was standard, location is not so hard to find, price is cheap enough Restaurant always busy, around there is nothing and we had to drive to the shopping mall in another city in order to have a dinner. Noone really speaks English.

We liked the restaurant attached staff lovely most of the staff in the Inn are nice some of them quite rude .. A lady that had very good English was lovely an helpful,but one moring my daughter who is 9 was in reception where they had coffee and hot cholate machine and she helped herself to hot cholate an small crackers which she thought was OK as previously we where been offered it openly but when we came down the blonde lady at reception had a face on her and was so rude to us all the rest if the day and the day after wudnt day hello nothing after been so nice even when we came back after been out for the day she completely ignored us just waved her hand away and walked in to the office and closed the door this was on our last night to stay and we all felt very uncomfortable we had planned to stay another night but decided against it as the next moring myself an daughter came for breakfast and 2 blonde ladies where both rude are mind was made up we where not staying longer ..now I payed for my daughter hot chocolate after an tea u got bearing in mind my husband only came down for breakfast once an we stayed 5 nights!!!! So yes that what put us off we won't be back as was completely unesccarry to behave so childish and when we were leaving was been so nice but damage was done!!!! We didn't like that there was no kettle in the room ? also the bathroom really needs updating the shower was terrible we got stuck a few times as the sliding doors keep coming off the runners which makes you nervous to move them in case they break or fall

breakfast was fine. You eat the same thing every morning in Italy anyways.. coffee and briscoe The beds could be better to sleep on.

Very poor breakfast ,everything is calculated to give so little as possible to the custommer ,i dont ead on morning ,but oit is eye catching that custommer is nothing for them ,aslo the checkin at 4 clock ,also they do not smile with custommers . Refrigerator in room not working ,shower know defect ,beds are so oldy that i really dont like to sleep in so old beds ,not ventilation at all this hotel should be forbidden ,no lobby ,thsi hotel is a scrap ,we dindt expect that much but there is aminimum ,this hotel is only 1 star nor more no less .Also no coffe in the room is is ususal a king of wather cooker in the room se upper

The stuff is really crazy! I was under the shower and they rang me on phone , on mobile and knocked at the door continuously and pretending to answer immediately , after I was in a meeting and they tried to open the door as well , I had to interrupt my conference to answer them to them that I don’t need anything !!! Speechless !!! Very bad manner indeed , the day after I left the room for another hotel ! Never more!!!!!!!! The stuff is really crazy! Night staff so nice and very helpfull. Breakfast terrible, beds like camping beds so uncomfortable. Bathroom unclean and too small.

Very nice and quit area I didn’t like that every time you go out you have to leave your key in the reception.is was quit annoying for me because also I was going out for 10 minutes I was forced to give the key
