Very professional, friendly and helpful staff everywhere, fantastic food and very nice pool facilities the room in the annex building needs a bit of renovation, especially in the bathroom, space missing in the room under the roof especially around the bed and in the shower, not very comfortable for tall persons

This hotel is a true family style hotel. Very nice and welcoming staff, very good food and very comfy room! This place is definitely a nice hideaway from the busy city life where you come to rest and charge again. The suite where we stayed was a little bit old fashioned, with heavy German-styled wooden furniture, which is... not the most modern outfit one can find, but hey - that's only if you are sensitive to or fan of modern furniture. I wouldn't stay away for this and would definitely come back!

The whole place had a nice feel and we liked that we had our own place set for diner and breakfast. Although it was very nice and what I wanted I felt it was lacking slightly on the hot menu choice and also missing things like waffles and pancakes.
