A very comfortable stay with a very pleasant staff.

Location was great! Right in the centre of Cahors! The staff were more than accommodating and resolved any issues we had. Very hot and no air conditioning or fans, so we had a very bad night’s sleep. Beds weren’t too comfortable either and pillows were makeshift sponges! Had issue with price as they wanted to double up on what was confirmed with Booking.com but the hostess eventually sorted it out with owner. Needless to say it shouldn’t have happened. Booking.com needs to check tho out for future bookings

The location right next to the market hall and around the corner is awesome, no Question there. The Hotel itself, altough a bit shabby in places is charming with a lot of nice details. The Room was good for what we were looking for as Pilgrims and the Beds big and sperated by a wall for privacy. Also there‘s a Restaurant attached which is bery practical. Unfortunately we didn‘t receive the Code for the Door ahead of time and when we arrived on Sunday nobody was there to greet us and let us into the building. Granted it was a Sunday AND a bank holiday but it was still no fun waiting around in the rain. The Staff are nice enough but not overly friendly.

The location was excellent and the proprietor was super nice and helpful. He let us put our motorcycle in his garage. Breakfast was good.

Great location - good bar too. Right outside Les Halles. Pillows and in-room experience seriously lacking. Not comfortable, cheap feel for decent money. Shower a lamentable dribble. Breakfast was lip service. a few croissants, a coffee machine and a very odd cereal option. Corn Pops, I think. No cooked/hot food option. Everything out of sachets. Disappointed.

Great location in town centre, with plenty of restuarants and café within 5 minutes walk.

Location, friendly service The room just didn't feel clean, and the hallways need hovering. Toilet had not been cleaned and the pillow was not comfortable.

I was locked out when all the staff had left for a holiday, I was given an incorrect entry code

Good location. Almost everything. When we arrived there were no experienced staff on duty. We asked for a map to find parking, but none was found though they were in the hotel - poor training & communication. We asked where to find parking but they didn't know. Took us 2 hours to find parking at less than €28/ day. Went to the room. Bedroom clean, but bathroom had cobwebs, used soap in shower & hair in basin. No sign of advertised €20 evening menu. Pillows not comfortable. No AC so had to open window, but couldn't sleep as neighbours partying until after 2am. According to advice from booking.com we had the room until midday, so went for pre lunch walk having packed our bags. We told the woman behind the bar we would be back before 12.00, & we were. She caught us to say the room had been cleaned. This shouldn't have been done, but no big problem. When we got to the room, which was directly opposite the lift, our bedroom door was wide open. We had left the door locked because our passports, credit cards, & €300 in cash were in the room. I spoke to the French lady behind the bar to say we were unhappy, & would have left it at that if the (English) cleaner had not joined in. She said that we should have been out by 11.00, despite booking.com's printed confirmation, & it was safe to leave the door open as there were no guests. The lift was next to the bar toilets & a thief could have been in & out of our room without being noticed. Despite this we were told our things had been perfectly safe. Fortunately nothing was missing. I couldn't believe the stupidity & lack of care, something I have never experienced in more than 50 years of staying in French hotels. IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

great location & very accommodating staff.

The rooms were small, but that is to be expected based on the location. They were fairly clean and neat. All the amenities you would expect for the price. The wifi was practically nonexistent. The front desk Instructions were for the wrong wifi network. They keypads were holepunched on the wrong side, so you had to take they keyring off to fit them into the card slots. It may be me, but it took me about 10-15 minutes to figure that out.
