The place has a very good location if what you want is to see the pyramids. You can see almost all at your bedroom balcony if you get pyramids view rooms I paid for breakfast but i wish i hadn’t. The one day i had it, unfortunately it was not nice. Its just random snacks they buy from the shop and an undercooked egg not like some nice breakfast cooked. On the last day i asked for it to be packed the day before since i was moving early. I got handed a small juice box as i got in the car. The area also has alot of men that are quite aggressive so if you are a solo girl like me this is something to know. Was always so hard to get help with anything. There’s young men on the grounds but they ddnt speak much English so that was hard and the reception desk was almost always empty each time i went there to get help.

Amazing location stay and people

Another highlight is the breakfast, which is served on the rooftop terrace. Enjoying breakfast each morning with such a breathtaking view of the pyramids made the experience even more special. We also arranged our tours through the hotel. Ahmed was extremely helpful in organizing everything for us. One of the tours we took was to Alexandria with our guide Ali, and we highly recommend him. Ali was the best guide we had during our trip, and thanks to him we had a truly memorable experience in Egypt. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Egypt.

the shower. There are enough amount of water and tha was hot. The bed. There are human hair and a little bit dirty. So, we don’t use that much.

Managerial skills and abilities of mgr on duty Ahmad are questionable: shuttle to pick up from Cairo airport was sent late, arrived 1.5 hours later after our arriving time. Our room wasn't available, Ahmad tried to push us into a twice smaller, than supposed to be, room, then he tried to push us to share a two bedroom unit with two strangers for a night. mgr Ahmad wasn't aware about vacancies at the hotel, he stated that hotel is fully booked, and we have no other options there, which wasn't true. With my wife, we are retired property and hotel business managers, so we've found a vacant room at the hotel right away, that room door was partially open and key left in the lock. It wasn't pleasant one and half hour check in, quite a tense experience for an over 70 year old couple. The next day we were transfered to the room, we've reserved, which was good enough. But when we tried to extend our stay at that room for two more nights, Ahmad declined it, due to zero availability, as he stated, but which wasn't true. When we checked availability through Flydubai/Booking we see dozen of vacancies, and two similar rooms available, we've got confirmation from you and confirmation from the hotel Management. But despite these facts, later same evening mgr on shift Ahmad tried to evict us, despite the fact that our 2 night extension was confirmed by hotel and his management. He was very unpleasant and unprofessional, he was staying that hotel has no vacancies to give us extension, despite the fact that your site was showing many vacancies, including one more available unit similar to ours. Afterwards, when we asked him to connect us to the hotel Management, Ahmad dropped his idea of our eviction and left us alone. What's the guy, he called himself as a general manager???

The location The cleanness

Ahmed helped us in a lot of things, if you going to need anything he is always happy to help. Location of hotel is amazing, you can walk directly to piramids. No elevator but they helped us to take luggage's on top, so no problem with that. Wifi sometimes wasn't working

Awesome view of the pyramids with a amazing sunset Shower curtain

The View from the balcony in the rooms is excellent, just like the pictures! Love waking up and seeing all of the Pyramids and the Sphinx from the comfort of the bed. The location is also right next to the Pyramid complex entrance and now easy to find on Google Maps as Ahmed has updated the location. The Google maps doesnt show many reviews just because its new but its correct and also shows on Uber so the driver found it easily. Ahmed and Yassir were really helpul and made my stay great! Hamdoulillah, Anna

I really like this hotel, it is located in a great spot, right in front of the pyramids. You just wake up, and immediately, you can see the pyramids. The staff were really helpful and answered all our questions. We had breakfast only once, and it was good, but on the other days when we needed to leave early, the staff prepared a breakfast box for us. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Comfortable room, great shower, perfect location (across the road from the Pyramids ticket office pretty much), great rooftop terrace and view, good brekkie. It's a new hotel and nearly complete but we would definitely stay there again. :)

Room is good, staffs are really helpful and kind, breakfast is mediocre Location is really close to pyramids ticket office but nothing much to do beside of that

The view is perfect. You can see the Pyramids and the Sphinx from the roof tip terrace. We also had a room with pyramids view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the driver ( he drove safely in the chaotic traffic and helped us in every possible way ). The only bad thing were the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable.

Ahmed was great! he organized everything for us the whole stay in cairo… we had a great tour with great driver and knowledgeable tour guide. the room was huge than expected ….overall stay in cairo was memorable.
-
Great and kind people, but the room was not like the photos from booking, the view was stunning though. Also you are not suppose to let people sit on the rooftop of a half finished building. I did not like the breakfast, very poor options the room and the breakfast was not like we expected, also very bad internet connection

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is good (walking distance to the pyramids). Please note that it's not easy to find on Google Maps - reach out to them and they'll send you the exact location quickly :) The beds/mattresses were both broken, and so was one of the chairs on the balcony. The breakfast is also extremely basic (good if you are looking for something light). Also, not related to the hotel but to the pyramids: beware that they cannot be seen at night (they are not lit).
