1.Exceptional location near tahrir square and near the metro station and most of the attractions. 2.Helpfull staff specifically mr.sabry if you need anything he is the one. 1. Hygiene isn't that great and some bedsheets had som marks. 2.we stayed for 9 nights during that the tap water was totally off for 3 different times across our stay which was irritating and the electricity got cut off once. 3.during our 9 nights nobody checked on us or asked if we need any condiments or room service which was included in the reservation.

2- bed is wide and comfy 1- the hotel for smokers only, I don't recommend any non smoker to go to there 2- you should ask to change the sheets and see them when they change it

Nothing Beware of the SCAM they run. After booking this property, they contacted me through booking.com to confirm my reservation, which I did immediately. Then few hours later they contacted me again through whatsapp to confirm my reservation, which once again, i did. When we arrived at the property in the middle of the night, I was told that they sold off all the rooms and they have nowhere to put us in but there is a sister property across the street that they might be able to book us into, however it's more expensive and cash only. The other property named "grand city hotel" is disgusting and in significantly worse condition, they don't wash the sheets or clean the toilet for that matter + they have BEDBUGS. After reading comments for this property on different websites, turns out they do this regurarly, so definitely watch out.

Location is v good The way of the hotel manager deals with guests is trying to increase the prices of accommodation in unacceptable way

excellent staff (Rehab and Mr. Usama), excellent location, nice room. Breakfast was ok, but was more like dry food! I wished egg was fried or (foul/ beans). dry breakfast, but all was eatable.

It needs more attention on hygiene especially the toilet, you could see the toilet is dirty. I chose the room which was not on the street because I am sensitive with noise, then later I found that window has a fundamental problem, so somehow you hear the noises. My room was next to reception, I woke up two days with the smell of cigarettes. I told gentleman at reception, he said sorry for that and let manger know, but unfortunately, the entrance on the 7th floor, smells bad.
