The hotel was amazing overall. The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. The place was very clean and well organized, and the view was absolutely stunning. I would definitely stay there again ?

Panorama Hotel is located on the 5th floor of a large building. The reception and rooms are very close together, and there are gaps around the doors, which makes the place extremely noisy. You can hear everything happening in the hallway and at reception, leaving very little privacy. At night, we could hear staff talking and using their phones, which made it difficult to sleep — we had to mention it several evenings. Additionally, staff were smoking on the same floor, so we were met with cigarette smell despite the hotel advertising itself as non-smoking. The room had no window, the air felt very stale, and the room standard was far below what was shown in the photos on Booking.com.

Elevator rests between 12-13 pm so In check in we had to go like 5 floors using stairs , every thing else was perfect
