Comfortable and clean, very attentive staff, wonderful breakfast. Everything was excellent.

Great welcome and very friendly staff. We arrived very early after an overnight journey. They provided us with a room at 5am to finish our night. A very nice team.

We enjoyed the decor and beauty of the hotel. It looked very alive and vibrant. We also appreciated the sincerity and attention the workers had to the guests. The hotel workers were the sweetest. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided every morning. Nothing! We were okay with everything.

The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly, made sure that our stay was comfortable and if we had questions they would answer them and would even recommend spots to go eat or go explore and sight see. Breakfast was always great, again staff was very friendly. Cajamarca is in a drought so the only small downside was having to call the front desk to turn the hot water on when we wanted to use it to shower. But even then they would get right on it and turn it on for you asap so it wasnt much of a big deal and is very understandable as to why they want to conserve water.
