Location, just one block from Plaza de Armas , where most tourist agencies are Really close to the city best attractions There were no USB connections on the rooms

The breakfast was good, as I would expected. Rooms cleaned and comfortable - temperature was nice. I didn’t get to be picked up from the airport , the hotel sent me a message the same morning saying because it was a Sunday they didn’t have that facility.? I needed to ring the reception to get hot water in the morning ? they said they forgot to turn it on
