Two blocks from the main plaza. Easy access to entertainment, and other amenities. Friendly and very helpful staff. Noisy as it is located on a very busy street. I was unable to sleep with the high traffic ‘till late night. No cable or access to You Tube or other television channels.

Closer to the central plaza The hotel charged me about 15% extra for using a credit card for payment. Credit card was a must to make the reservation. No elevator, steep stairs to 3rd floor. Large false window curtain. Sub-par breakfast. The front desk clerk was being nice. This IMHO, this is not a 3 star hotel. The city has several other beautiful 3 star hotels just few extra money.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast option was pretty good and the location, close to the plaza de amas was great It would have been nice if there was a fan in the room, it got a bit stuffy. A fridge would be nice too, but otherwise it was very nice

The room was really comfy and clean. The bathroom was really nice and sparkling clean I arrived close to 11pm and they took a while to open the door for me.

The WiFi was not stable.

The reception was helpful, and everything except the breakfast was ok. The breakfast was disappointing: no eggs, no butter, no sugar. It was served to the room due to the panademy.
