Be Live Adults Only La Cala is set on the beachfront of Cala Major, just 10 minutes’ drive from the center of Palma. This adults-only hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. Rooms at La Cala Boutique Hotel come with an iPod speaker, a Nespresso coffee machine and a safety deposit box. The bright and modern rooms have free WiFi, a mini-bar with welcome items and a pool towel. The hotel offers breakfast buffet. For guests with bookings on half board (reservations made after 20/11) can choose, previous reservation, three different restaurants where to enjoy dinner: restaurante Pelícano ( Mediterranean) and restaurante Masai (Fusion) and Porto Bello ( Italian). The entertainment wasn't in our hotel it was next to us and not sure if we were able to go in.

The room was old, everything needs to be updated. The lady at the front desk at night was one of the rudest and dismissive people I have ever dealt with.

The room was nice and it's a good location. Right on the beach and around the corner is a nice block of different restaurants. The hotel restaurant isn't great, but definitely explore the local options. The spa is also great, just be sure to book at least a day in advance. Considering the price there really wasn't a good standard of customer service. We have to pay for pool towels, and there is no real concierge service like you would expect for a chain hotel at their prices

It was amazing, nice and quiet ? ? The water was stunning and very clean. The beaches were beautiful. Dinner was fabulous and the Staff was amazing ? The breakfast buffet was all you wanted and more❣️Thank you for a great stay ?

The only great thing about the hotel is the location. It’s very run down. Room overlooking the front really needs doing up. Floorboards coming up. Tv didn’t work. Speaker didn’t work. Beds are hard. Needs refreshing. Not a 4 star hotel. I’d say 3 star. So the price should reflect this. But it overlooks the sea so you’re paying for location and that’s it.

The property is located next to the mediterranean sea and the beach is accessible within a minute walking distance. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet, which was included, was delicious. It was my first stay at this location and I highly recommend it.

There were ants in our hotel room and the sheets were not changed at all, though it said they change sheets every other day.

The property was located in great location. The rooms are very small and had no mirrors, only one small bathroom mirror.

The reception girl was nice. Its old, smelled, outdated, the pictures are nothing like the property. Dissapointing. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, maybe it was 10yeard ago, but the hotel needs some seriuos renovations.

Breakfast was great and cleaning staff was helpful and kind. One of the staff members did not have me my reserved parking, which gave us stress and we had to look for parking and there was none

Location was great. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than we expected and delicious. My room did not have a great view. The view was blocked by trees right outside our balcony, didn’t get to use the balcony much. The beach towel policy was really strange, I don’t know why they didn’t offer towels at the pool. You had to go to the front desk to request towels every time you wanted a new one. Also our room did not have the “beach bag” that apparently every other room had.

As mentioned by a few other people it would have been nice to have a toilet door that shut completely to allow a little privacy when using the bathroom.

In a quieter part of the island but still connected to a great beach and restaurants. The center of Palma can easily be reached by 30min bus ride or 15 min taxi. Super helpful staff at any time of day or night. Definitely nitpicking here…the elevator was a bit small if you have a considerable amount of luggage.

Ethnic styled interior decor, and relaxed adult hotel atmosphere. Good 4* Buffet Breakfast. Beautifull, small, sand beach at rear. Large, strong, power shower. Friendly, helpful, quiet & efficient staff. Great restaurant opposite "The Crows Nest" Bus Stop into Palma a few steps away Superior Room - too small. Ensuite Bathroom - no door!?! Toilet had glass sliding door - bad news at night after a few drinks, even worse if you made sounds, or a smell! Why?????? Sunbeds & Outdoor area needed a bit of tlc. Hotel surrounded by multitude of less attractive buildings, local area a bit "rough" tbh.

Nice restaurant and bar area Location was noisy. A/C was in winter mode so no cooling. Had to leave balcony door open which meant noisy drunk tourists until 3am and then bin men and other noise at 6am!
