General facilities were very good. But the staff in particular were excellent. First choice of accommodation was B2. Not easy to find & I think the ‘B’ stood for ‘broom’ it was so small & basic. I was then offered A4 & much better ?

Good size room. Really good food. No queuing or racing for a pool bed. Really lovely friendly staff (everyone). Very laid back and extremely relaxed 4 days

Especially the nice and helpful receptionist Senor Ramon was wonderful. Thank you very much for all your help! The pool dj was a nice extra, good choice of music to enjoy! The food during the week was very tasty, The massage Shiatsu was outstanding, so good! Thank you Albert! The drinks were mostly not so special The food at the weekend not nice the style how the tables, chairs and deco is arranged should be changed, not pleasant.

The staff and the breakfast was really good, and location too. The room in the pictures looks much nicer, newer and bigger. The bathroom was a bit small and old. In general most of the things look old and would need a renovation.

The friendliness of the staff (in particular that of Natalie in reception and Maria the entertainment organiser) was exceptional. We had the all-inclusive package and the range of food was excellent. There was no occasion when we couldn't find a dish which we enjoyed. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The pool is great and supervised by a lifeguard. The hotel setting is beautiful with a sandy bay in front and lush forestation to the side. The drinks had a low alcohol content but were plentiful.

Everything looks very clean and well maintained considering that it's not a recent hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. They offered us an upgrade to a room with an amazing view to the ocean :) It's only a 2min walk to the bus station and a 4min to the nearest supermarket. The pool closes at 18 and opens quite late in the morning. It doesn't make sense having in consideration that there is sun until 21. The wifi doesn't work properly up on the 3rd floor. There were also some guests with no masks and the staff didn't say anything to them.

I can’t tell you, how pleased I was with our stay. The staff was wonderful, always had smile on their faces and was always there to help. There also is a really nice and sweet Poland receptionist, which I’d love to greet this way. They all do wonderful job. The location is great, few steps from the beach. Food was delicious as well. Everyone is nice, we haven’t problem at all:). Enjoy your stay in this amazing hotel! Everything was great honestly:)
