Property is in main centre, amazing kids area , staff was very polite, spacious room with all facilities

The tarriff shown and the respective gst charged on booking.com amount was not the same they charged uson arrival at the hotel..we had to pay extra gst amnt ..double the gst mentioned on booking amount.

Dessert options could have been better.

Almost everything is good. The garbage site is very near to the window of the room. To see it in the morning is annoying and distasteful.

Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, nice location. Special thanks to Yashika for being kind and helpful. Room size was an issue for a family with a kid. Perhaps adding a sofa bed for some rooms can be helpful.

The property, including our room, was very comfortable, clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is a long walk from the beach down a rough, dirt road. The town of Calangute is quite rough and not attractive for shopping or sightseeing.

Actually, I had one of the most terrible experiences in a ‘ 5 star ‘ hotel in my entire life. I have travelled the world, moreover I have run hotels before. There wasn’t one department that did a good job. This property simply shouldn’t have the Marriott bonvoy badge! Don’t think Le Meridien should continue. I understand that Goa is a tourist place and even if you offer mediocre to abysmal service, it will always stay full during seasons. I think there is lack of efficient management , there is no training department at all and most staff are temporary staff with absolutely no clue of the procedures of the hotel and also basic hospitality . Perhaps it’s a way the owners are running the business to maximize earning potential. The concierge ( doesn’t exist) nobody can advise any nearby attractions or even good restaurants in and around the place. The bell service never came in time for the luggage , lied twice that they were on the way but only started after I reached the lobby. There is no travel desk ( should be one in a 5 star hotel in a tourist area like Goa ) . The only food that was good was the fruits because the chef didn’t touch it. Everyone was pretty much lost in that property . Like being run by headless chicken. I will definitely be posting this in trip advisor . I understand that this review will not change anything and you will respond by apologizing and making it up in the future. We both know that it’s not going to change both our lives and so let’s just go our separate ways. If I could give a negative star rating, I would have done it.

We had a lovely stay at your hotel with top class service received and sumptuous breakfast! Would definitely stay there again! Seating for breakfast could have been more adequate

We really enjoyed our time at Le Meridien Hotel. Room was cleaned and staff were super friendly and respectful. We loved the daily breakfast and most of the days Aryansh was our server. We loved him. One day my fiancé wasn’t feeling good and when we asked Meraj for some ginger for our Tea, he didn’t hesitate. I also want to mention Aadil, I think he was the housekeeping supervisor. We asked him for a hard mattress and he made it happen in no time! Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When we going for Breakfast 1 girl staff very attitude behavior is very rudely, bcz i open window swimming pool view side, don't know how to Dare she like behavior. 1st time very bad experience last 4 years i am staying here every year 7-8days old staff was excellent but now staff very bad

Amazing location close to shops and restaurants. Modern and contemporary. Amazing service at all times. Can’t complain about anything
