One of the smoothest hotel stays I’ve had. Everything from check-in to checkout was seamless. The room was spotless and beautifully arranged. Staff were always attentive and quick to help. The entire place felt welcoming and thoughtfully run.

Good location, close to the beaches, and still in a quiet area. I have to say hats off to the front office personnel, Prajjawal went above and beyond to assist me with my trip to Kerala. He is a star! Kind, considerate, consummate professional and a smart problem solver. He is an asset to the establishment. Many thanks to Manager who made sure my early morning cab came on time and continued to check on me despite the early hour. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and well looked after. The wifi didn't work smoothly

The hotel cleaness was average. Bathroom was clean and we'll done up.The person at the reception was pleasant and helpfully. Food options are available on the Baga road 5 minute walk from the hotel. Location was average no great view ...surrounded by residential houses. Parking was very limited and mostly on the road in front of the hotel. Staff often sleep at night on the couches in the guest areas. Room cleaness was average l Bed covers and towels were all average did not look clean. .Stayed there for 2 nights but not once was the room done up. In house food menu was overpriced. Will definitely not go back again.
