Location, staff behaviour, cleanliness, food, behaviour of all the reception people including Polita Fernandez, Srinivas, Shiva and all the house keeping and cleaning people specially Babu(Shashank) and his both the associates. The cook Chetan and both the security people deserve a special mention The lane to sea beach should be completed for the last few meters

Location and type of room.staffs are very good. Door lock are not working well. Bathroom is not ok,water get logged.

The location was footsteps away from the beach Very expensive accomodation for what it offers. The rooms need fixing, a lot of bugs and even a rat entered the cottage

Friendly staff, delicious food, relaxing atmosphere. Love that you get served breakfast in your own hut too. Very clean on arrival. The huts are so spacious and the pool is a great luxury! So close to the beach as well. The huts are made of wood, which is lovely but in some areas the wood is a little worn. This makes it a little expensive for the physical quality/appearance of the huts, but the high cleaning standards and staff attention makes up for this

The amount of space within the villa. Availability of a proper fridge and microwave. Proximity to the beach. Cockroaches in the kitchen and living area of the villa. Size of the property was small.

The property had poor security. The place was stinky and untidy and had major hygiene issue. Bad maintenance. Poor security. High charges

Staff was really friendly, property is at good location and quite spacious. Need some minor maintenance, but the staff was prompt to fix it.

They served breakfast to us in the room itself. It felt mighty good. And there're good options too. Breakfast items were tasty. On internet, the place looks like it has a lot of privacy. But that's not so in real. All rooms, chalets open in a common courtyard with pool in between.

Location is good, close enough to the facilities without being loud and noisy. Easy access to beach. Staff was good, and helpful. Had some facilities in the suite that came in handy (kitchen with microwave, laundry machine/dryer). The easy access to beach comes with a caveat: watch where you step, and stink. If sensitive to those, there is an alternate road to the beach (and restaurant area). The suite was a bit dated, and overpriced
