I liked the service which was best. Including all the members on kitchen. Food was also excellent. Internet was not working, i called someone to fix but that person indirectly stated that its my phone or device issue. Door didn’t have a security lock from inside for not allowing anyone to open from outside. It was bit different from other hotels i stayed.

Breakfast was verry good with limited items. But staffs are very helpful and cooperative. nothing in particular. Though Non-Veg options in the breakfast can be further improved.

-the staff was very polite and always smiling. No issues with them, they are doing what they are told. there is the list of house rules printed and given to me AFTER MAKING MY PAYMENT AT THE HOTEL. You are not allowed to bring in food/liquor at all. When I asked for cutlery and a small plate to eat my left over (which I did not wanted to throw away) they literally told me that they wont give it to me since I did not order food. But as I insisted, they did send out a small dessert plate for me to eat my food. This hotel is a prime example of what you should not book if you are on a Holiday. Book only if you ll be there to just crash at night. I would not want to go to Goa and be told by the hotel to not bring in my booze and food. If I'd known the house rules before hand, I would never stay. - the breakfast was average, not sure why would they have red tandoori chicken in Chicken Cafreal? Probably left overs from last night. - the parking was 5 mins walking distance from the hotel in a common parking, this should have been mentioned too. Or atleast have a Valet to pickup and drop your car, one doesn't want to do that 3x times a day. -the resort might look huge in the photos but it is not as huge as it looks.

The property has a nice pool and restaurant attached to it. However, there’s no parking. The WiFi was absolutely terrible and I had problems getting into my room because the card is connected to the WiFi. So getting into my room was a crapshoot. Also, because of the WiFi issues my credit card was billed three times because they swiped it over and over until it took. I hadn’t noticed the charges to after I checked out at the airport. Then it took days before they got to fix the issue after numerous times of calling them. I hadn’t noticed to get Capital one involved.
