Very good hotel quality accommodation probably in the best location of the area, few steps from the legendary beach (in relatively quiet part between Baga and Calangute), and from Baga road, with a lot of superb dining options. Will return if come back next time to Goa. Staff very friendly, garden and walkway is beautiful, pool is a nice bonus. Rooms are spacious and well fitted.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist with anything we needed. The room was spacious and felt very luxurious. A very easy walk down to a quiet part of the beach. Breakfast had a fantastic view!

Room size is very much less considering higher price of room. Only good thing is view during breakfast as hotel is on seashore.

Property was great with a scenic view of the beach . Specially the suite room 1. No variety in breakfast . Really disappointed after paying a premium price. 2. No entry to beach . The main purpose of choosing this property was easily accessible to beach by walk. 3. Wi-Fi was pathetic 4. There were noises at night outside our room

The location of the property is fab - beach at the back and restaurants at the front - 200 metres in either direction. The shower in the room was fantastic. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly There was nothing not to like

Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Jacuzzi was superb. Entire facility including swimming pool was well maintained and clean. Too many options available for breakfast with very good taste. Direct access to beach and you can witness and enjoy the sunset. Prices are bit higher but that's fine for the amenities and services. A small write up or procedure on how to use Jacuzzi needs to be provided.
