The AC’s aren’t working, room service takes more than 2-3 hours, breakfast was stale

Pool, good room and close to vibrant location. It was dead. No vibe and too many corporate uncles who fill up the hotel and stare at women in a bad way. Felt uncomfortable. My wife didn't even went to swimming. Hard rock destroyed their reputation and brand value by organizing this kinda shit picnic inside the hotel. Never going back. This was my third and last time.

Nothing The booking title itself states that there will be a compliment beer for two people. Nothing offered. Dirty walls inside room. Drinks prices is not value for money. Last but not least, Staff behavior and ignorance towards customers. Trying to verify customer identity (asking about room number to check free breakfast included or not) in the middle of breakfast which is unacceptable

The hotel's taxi monopoly is a serious problem—outside taxi services are not allowed, which feels restrictive and inconvenient for guests seeking more affordable or flexible options. Additionally, the property is in need of maintenance. The facilities, while spacious and well-designed, show visible signs of wear and tear that detract from the experience. The rooms are generously sized . Another notable issue is the sliding doors to the bathroom, which lack locks. This is particularly inconvenient for those staying with family, as it compromises privacy. Overall, the exceptional staff is a saving grace, but the taxi restrictions, maintenance issues, and lack of bathroom door locks are major drawbacks. Improvements in these areas could make this hotel a standout choice.

The only positive is location . The room was damp and full of mosquitoes. The property is pretty old and it reflects into rooms as well, the room shows signs of wear and tear everywhere

BREAKFAST BUFFET SPREAD WAS EXCELLENT. POOL WAS ALSO VERY GOOD. STAFF WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. AMBIENCE WAS GREAT

Property was clean, staff were friendly, welcoming and ready to help at all times. Guru was always ready to help with our bags and guided me to the gym area whilst I waited for my room to be ready and they allowed me to check in before 3pm. Mitali and Vilatha were very informative, knowledgeable and always ready to help with whatever we needed. I requested a sharpener for my lip liner (as you do) and a sewing kit and I was amazed at their prompt response. Breakfast is amazing and the buffet dinner was lovely too. The pool was so much fun. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Hard Rock Hotel definitely rocks! I think the music could’ve been better. It felt like elevator music. Bhangra music to liven it up would’ve been great. The bar staff did tell me they have no control over it as it’s connected to the hard rock satellite. Instrumental music is best kept for the lobby areas.
