Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly When I asked if I could stay another night, they always said they did not have that option but I could upgrade , of course, to a higher value room and a higher price. I did that once but the second time, I booked another hotel

The pool ! The restaurant and the breakfast and the restaurant and housekeeping staff. Mr. Priyank needs to be more hospitable. Upon our arrival at 1 a.m., instead of being comforting, there was unnecessary discussion, which was the last thing we needed at that hour. Future guests should note that no crib is provided at this property—this is important information that should be clearly mentioned on Booking.com. The property has frequent power cuts and relies on a very loud generator placed right in front of our room, making it impossible to sleep. In fact, almost everything in the place makes noise—the toilet flush is unusually loud, and water keeps running continuously in the flush. On the last day, despite having breakfast included, housekeeping refused to provide a water bottle, which is completely unacceptable.

Nice, central pool with a restaurant attached. Close to the beach. Breakfast which was included in our daily rate was very good. Many small things that were constant irritants. There was a gap between the balcony doors through which mosquitoes kept coming in. The staff at the front desk were not super friendly. They gave us a room with a very poor Wi-Fi connection and made a complete mess of our expenses upon leaving the resort.

Resort Cleanliness Restaurant costs felt very expensive . For 2 buttermilk, Rs.400 charged which was surprise to me.

Breakfast is delicious with variety of dishes available in buffet. Restaurant food quality is very good. Rooms are ok, lights are dim you need bit brighter lights. Balcony is safe for kids. Rooms service is great, everyday cleaning. Almost all rooms are with pool view. Beach is hardly 100 meter away. Pools is amazing, they have 2 pools and you can spend most time enjoying in the pool. Will visit again :) Room lights are dim.

The rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable, and the food is good.. Location is not up to the mark almost 700 meter inside from main road and not at beach front as published by hotel. For small items purchase you have to walk almost 1 km. Additionally The hotel has a taxi union with inflated rates and doesn't allow other taxi drivers to come and pick the traveller.

Location, pool and restaurant staff Reception staff were terrible. Not a bit helpful and inconsiderate to my limited mobility when gates closed. Policy states no stag/men parties but this was not the case.

We arrived and our room was not what we booked. They then put us in a room on the top even though I have mobility issues and walk with a forearm crutches. They charged us more for the room We had a medical issue with our friend and it clearly stated that there was a dr available. Which there was not . Our friend ended up requiring a heart procedure and 5 days in ICU. The hotel has most definitely has gone downhill, as we have stayed here on several occasions. The staff in the restraunt was amazing. Also the dinners we ordered were very tasty

I didnt like the staff, staff was rude when it came to seeking help for special instructions for my babies food and milk,. Room allocated had broken toilet door was not repaired till we checked out . I had taken drinks from hotel restaurant but staff refused to offer ice cubes claiming we do not provide ice cubes for drinks from outside. worst experience

Staff were all lovely. Big rooms , plenty of space at the pool .breakfast, lots of choice, especially indian food . Close to the beach. They have kept 1 of our cases safe as we decided to go back after visiting Mumbai . Great shower Internet was terrible.
