Rooms, curtains, and washrooms could have been cleaner. Our room had a window that opened to a passage, it offered no privacy. The breakfast was just not good.

Breakfast was decent, and we loved the location. It’s just a comfortable walking distance from the beach. Given the price, I expected the room and the facility to be more updated.

The staff were great. Mr. Philip Almeida was especially amazing! He did everything that ye could to make our stay comfortable! A big thank you to him!! We will definitely stay here again while in Goa next time! We had no complaints

The staff were extremely polite and attentive. The location of the hotel is not as shown in the photos online. The carpark and mounds of rubbish seem to have been photoshopped out. As soon as we opened our bedroom window (Seaview) we were greeted by 5 men urinating in the carpark. Definitely not worth the money spent. Far too expensive for location and infrastructure. We left hotel after one night and were not given any refund at all, after paying in advance for 6 nights. We expect at least partial refund given the misleading photos of the location. Alley to reach the beach and beach shacks is very dirty and full of rubbish.There was no continental breakfast, only eggs and cornflakes. Choice of food was only Indian and Indian Chinese.

Hospitality location service cleanliness all good

Location of the property is excellent, just in front of calangute beach. Staff is well behaved and very supportive. We requested a booking for family (couple +kid), the room allotted was too small for a family. But the location of hotel and the ocean view from balcony compensated for it. Breakfast was ok, could be improved.Beach is just in front, water sports at 200meters walk, 2 wheeler renting just in front of hotel. All in all a nice package on Calangute area.

Location perfect, Staff amazing Bed and no pool

Excellent location on Calangute Beach, with the beach on your doorstep and close to restaurants and activities. We had a room facing the sea with a balcony. It was lovely to watch the sunrise and sunset from our room. The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing shower. The buffet breakfast with eggs and dosas made to order was generous and delicious. We also recommend the lime and coriander soup at the restaurant. The laundry service was cheap compared to many other hotels. Staff were extremely helpful and kind and went out of their way to serve us. The gentleman at the front desk was delightful.

Great location. Professional staff. Rooms modern and comfy. Food and drinks were excellent. Rooftop bar super cool. Front desk staff and management very helpful. View from balcony showed garbage in parking lot. Lobby needs updating to match interior design of rooms.

Good management, helpful staff Difficult to find in a small side road

We only staid for one night, but the property was what we expected. It might have had its ”glory days” but the staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. Good location, close to the beach and to the city center. Breakfast was great! (They had the most amazing fried broccoli!!) As mentioned it might have had its glory days, but again; everything was clean and the helpfull staff was an extra plus! Ps. The bed was very firm! I prefer a firm bed, but my partner who perfer a softer bed did not sleep so well…

Each one from the staff is really kind and do their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Other than the really narrow road that lead up to the hotel, everything is perfect.

Breakfast was okay, the hotel is near beach but the price is too high according to the area.

Superb

The service provided by each staff member was excellent, especially Mr. Ajay, mr. sankar and general manager mr. philip who was very polite and soft-spoken. The entire hotel staff was extremely cooperative and friendly. This property is located right in front of Calangute Beach, offering a delightful experience of enjoying lunch and dinner on the rooftop. The rooftop setup, along with the stunning beach view, is truly pleasant and memorable. Specially the quality and taste of food was delicious, rooms are very neat and clean. Nothing as such.

Very good hospitality and location is excellent Parking situation could be better (but still hotel staff takes efforts so that guest does not faces issue. They managed to accommodate cars in peak crowd situation)
