The place is very clean, and the staff are acccomodating. They even compensate the inconvenience i encountered and changed my room to suite. The swimming pool was not functional

It’s plus point is it’s very close by to Baga beach If you are a party freak you will enjoy the stay here, but if you staying with family you will have to listen to bang bang noise from out from clubs close by which vibrates you room window which will not allow you to sleep unless your full drunk….

This a nice cozy place The front desk staff was unscrupulous demanding unreasonable and arbitrary increase in tariffs and forcing us to join their Christmas Eve dinner stating that it was mandatory.

There was nothing much to like about the property Everything. The location was in a middle of a disco with loud music and party crowd. There was a slum opposite to the resort. The beach view was obstructed though it was sold as a sea view room. The jacuzzi did not work. It was just a tub. Even the hot water supply did not work to the outside tub. When the concerns were raised, the staff tried their best to give complementary food/breakfast etc but never tried to sort out the problems or change room.

Stay from 7th July to 9th July, 2024. In the ocean view room at the Baga Beach resort. 1. The room seemed newly built as compared to rest of the property. Hence, it was clean and had a nice ocean view. 2.The Washroom was clean. 3. The room service was good. 4. In room dining food was good. 1.. Overall, it's an old property that lacks basic maintenance. 2. Hygiene is a big issue. There was a big rat outside our room that kept lurking on our leftover plates kept outside the room. 3. The restaurant is dingy and smelly. Due to rain water seepage in several places. The food was cold and soiled. The tables were dirty. Flies everywhere. 4. Pool - no maintenance dirty. 5. They have put green artificial grass everywhere on the floor, which was dirty and smelly. 6. The property is next to Titos and Mambo, which makes it difficult to sleep at night due to loud thumping noise until 3am. 7. Once, there was no water in the shower while I was using the shower. I had to wait for 10 minutes in the bathing area with soap all over my body. Thankfully, my husband was there in the room, so he arranged for Bisleri water bottles so I could was my face at least and wait in peace for water supply. After several complaints and a long 10 minutes wait, the supply revived . 8. Cheap quality bathroom supplies. But towels were clean. 9. Overall, it was just the room and the location. There's nothing else about this property.
