No fridge, no cold water or ice provided, for the amount charged, in bathroom there is no soap dish for keeping soaps, no tooth brush holder, nor provided tooth brush, shaving kit etc. If payment is taken then certain items provided in other Hotels should also be provided. Breakfast has no choice, if upma is kept no coconut chatni, Bathroom, Room, Chilling of AC, No fridge, no Ice or cold water

The hotel location was in a prime market location, that is the only good thing about the hotel. Staff service was good. Food was also good. The rooms were pretty small as per the price paid, costly as per the facilities available, bathroom was poor, door lock damaged, they charged extra for indoor sports & the owner is selfish and unsupportive

The rooms are large and the beds are genuinely comfortable. The rooms stay cool in the day (which is important here!). The balcony is a good size. Breakfast is great but only served from 0830. Really quite dated decor. The bathrooms need a complete overhaul. The drains were blocked with caused a terrible smell at times. The AC only worked sometimes as the switch was broken. It is quite a long way from the beach (15 min walk).

Their hospitality, service, food and location is very good, good value for money, rooms are spacious, took the corner room, so two balconies, ventilated, tata sky, smart TV, we can connect our OTTs thro' wifi.

Staff was Friendly The location. It is with In some society, very narrow streets better not take your car there.. also the property looked like it was not a hotel but some Lodge. Not clean. Rooms were spacious but not good , they had this weird smell.. to sum up it's not what shown in the pictures so don't go on those.

Swimming pool and hot shower in bathroom Not clean, breakfast not good not much option. Remove old photos and upload property new photos so visitors can come to know. Don't remember the manager's name he is useless and doesn't know how to talk with guests .

Nothing to be honest. Everything. -The electricity kept going off throughout the day and night. The electricity went off atleast 12-15 times minimum in a day. -The AC didn’t give cooling at all. -There were Ants coming through the door into the toilet -Even after paying for one of the most expensive rooms, The room wasn’t as beautiful as shown in the pictures, very dull -The television didn’t have any English/Hindi movies or channels and only had south movies. -We being two girls, My brother came to drop me to the hotel late in the night and the staff made a fuss about letting my brother drop us till our room -Not very friendly staff -Rooms are average -The location is through dark and shady lanes and unsafe for girls at night -When requested one of the staff members if he could drop us until the main road as there were some drunk men outside, the staff refused -They made us pay the full amount before we checked in, hence we couldn’t change our hotel as well. -Overall experience wasn’t good.
