The staff was good.Specially Hazel and Alex. Clean pool and clean rooms with good washrooms. Location is very good, not very far from the beach, just a 5 minutes walk. Easy availability of transport as it's walkable distance to the Calangute bus depot. The kitchen staff prepare lunch on request with some extra charges. They need a proper kitchen and staff and a layout for breakfast. Wasn't very happy with the food that we asked to prepare for lunch.Need to have a better chef in kitchen.

Very near to the beach and other facilities like good restaurants , shops etc Manager or owner especially the woman was very rude and unresponsive, for each question she gets very much irritated and doesn't answer properly. She just has only one answer that is to ask about money

No parking for car rooms are very nasty, there is no hot water facility

Stay was very bad. Except the location nothing was good. Staff was decent. Rooms were dirty, most of the amenities mentioned on booking.com were either missing or they were not working. I tried connecting with booking.com as well, but there was no resolution from their side. Worst experience ever.

Location is good, greenery is good Room floor is not clean. Towels are not good. Price doubled during new year but facilities not changed.

The location was good. Only 1 blanket was provided and later another blanket which had to be manually collected from reception was torn. Towels were old and smelly. Bathroom sink tap was broken. TV was not provided. Spider webs in balcony.

Very bad services. Room was not cleaned, it has rats poop everywhere and no soap, blanket, no tissue, no glass , no water was provided. Flush wasn't working. Upon complaining, the staff was very rude.

nothing Everything, the property has pests lurking around in the room. The room service was not good enough. It just looks good in the pictures, they are defrauding the customers of their money. One day they couldn’t arrange generate electricity through generators in the absence of a power cut, and people started to fell ill due to dehydration. If you value your life and money please don’t go to this property. The management is rotten from the top. The owner is not available to take and handle grievances. Managers are incompetent and rude.
