The room was clean and good location The staff is just horrible! I was not allowed to work from the pool bar area as they asked me to speak to me friends. I was not allowed to charge my laptop. Two of my friends had visited me and my husband in the resort as we had travelled from Pathankot (my husband is posted there - military) and inspite of them paying for their food and drinks, they were treated as if they have done a crime. So unwelcoming and bad behaviour. Just a bad experience for us! My friends were denied drinking water after paying the bill! Goan heritage? Lol. Never visiting Goa again!

Room was clean. Pool was dirty and not ready for use in all 3 days of stay. They are charging for basics like a small toothpaste to be provided as part of toiletries. Just average breakfast. Staff is rude and non helpful. They say Beachfront but have a gate to access the beach only till 6 pm and they do not provide service on beach and have no sunbeds. Will not recommend it to anyone. They also don't provide cutlery in room and state it's bcoz they don't allow outside food. so that u don' t have a choice but to order from their limited menu and tasteless food. Even if u have a heavy pocket, please burn your cash elsewhere.

The only good thing was that the property was very close to the beach and the rooms were spacious and clean. Service- The staff denied us to provides dining plates, glasses and spoons just because we didn't order from their restaurant. Food - breakfast provided was average and repetitive. Some items were extremely poor. Guest - No guests are allowed and guests were denied from property. No discussion rooms or lounges to work.
